I admire shows like "Project Runway."

I know it's a very "eye-catching" show, but aside from all the emotions shed into constructing and creating one-of-a-kind pieces. I love the perserverence I see on "Project Runway." I always enjoy watching Bravo shows like "Top Chef" and "The Real Desperate Houswives of New York" as well. To me they're reality shows with a little more soul, and with that, comes perspective. I believe it's nice to have someone on T.V with the same goals and focus, and see how they push themselves and evolve, it's relatable reality t.v... and in the end, isn't that what want outta t.v shows, some charactors we can identify with? Even when some of these contetants "fail" they always leave a smart mark. There is nothing conseted about their reactions to being eliminated or scrutinized, in fact I have seen more dependent secure people out in the public eye, and making an impression.

It's a great representation of having the drive, the guts, and really sticking your neck out there. "Project Runway" is more than a reality show for me because after reading a few bios... like this pretty lady from Pompano beach who has a great sense of style, and I enjoy her taste in clothes and her personality, very hate me or love me. But back to my point, after reading a few bios, these people are doing nothing more than chasing a carreer that they show extreme pleasure in persuing, and seeing how hard they've worked is really inspiring. If we all had such drive, we could all make a contribution in this world... and those who've choosen to go against the grain, and follow that beaten creative path... "tanto di cappello." Support the arts!!! Dedicate 1 hour of your time today and do somthing that stimulates your creative heart... even if it means doing it vicariously through a television show. ;-)
